					I am over the moon! My tapes were damaged in a house fire and had candle wax dripped all over and inside them. I sent them to countless digitization companies but they kept getting sent back. I never gave up and finally found ARS Video. I had a great feeling about them from the start. They worked there magic and were able to repair and digitize my tapes all while keeping me updated via text message. I just got my tapes back yesterday and am overcome with joy being able to watch childhood videos that I thought I would never get back!!! THANK YOU ARS VIDEO!!!

					I took 49 years worth of videos to ARS. I like the fact that they were local. Did a fabulous job and my grown children loved them. Highly recommend them!

					Employees were very friendly and even gave me a quick tour of their facility. I left them a number of 8mm videos from 50 years ago. They were able to digitze and get back to me before Christmas. I shared with the entire family so these memories will remain strong and not fade away. Awesome job.

					I brought in 3mm tapes. I got all my videos back within 2 weeks and that was around Christmas time. There was hours worth of videos on there. Really well done.

					ARS video was able to condense old vhs tapes and compact tapes into current technology that we can watch on our tv and on our laptops. It’s wonderful to relive old memories. If you need to save your old memories then take them to ARS. You won’t be disappointed.

					ARS video put all of our family videos on one convenient jump drive we can watch on our t.v.. We have been watching our wedding, our kids growing up, and family and friends who have passed on. Such great memories seeing their images and hearing their voices. Thanks ARS video.

					I had tried another service first for digitizing my home movies on VHS and they couldn't process them because they said there could be mold or damage to the tape that could affect their machines. So I then found out about ARS and discovered those potential problems wouldn't be an issue with them. They were able to transfer my home movies to a USB drive and a DVD (which is an extra charge of $9.95 where as the other place charged $19.95).  They don't charge anything upfront. I was so thrilled that these memories were not lost for good!

					loved what the did for us, what a blessing watching our children, family and friends again. So many memories relived again. I highly recommend them for converting your memories to dvd/flash drive to enjoy over and over again. Thank you very much!!!!

					I had an excellent experience with ARS, I will definitely be returning for additional services. ARS completed transfer of my vintage films to digital files with very expert and very efficient results. 					This company is amazing! They have excellent customer service. If you send them a scrambled box of multiple items reels, vcr tapes etc realize it may seem a tad expensive but the product you get will be so worth it!! They put all the stuff in chronological order organized on a zip drive that works well with modern TVs and laptops. I can’t say enough- excellent product!

Excellent company. I met them at the CLE home & garden show, they talked me through their digital transfer process. Reasonably priced (though truth be told I didn’t conduct a ton of research). Super friendly and regular communication. So impressed I talked my Mom into trying them out with her old footage. Very glad we did. High recommendations from me and Mom!

I have had 16mm film from the 1940’s, 8mm cassettes from 1990 and some 78 rpm & 33 1/3 rpm (very damaged) vinyl records converted. ARS did phenomenal work! I highly recommend ARS Video for any audio/video conversions. AND the personnel are wonderful to work with!
